The application should be turned in at the church office. The Property Ministry will review it for completeness, church property availability and adherence to building use policy guidelines. Their monthly meeting is held the second Wednesday of the month. A church property steward is assigned to all functions.
If approved by the Property Ministry the request goes to Session, the church’s governing body, which gives final approval for church use. The monthly meeting of the Session usually takes place on the third Tuesday of each month.
