Southminster’s annual Rummage Sale and Car Wash is coming Saturday and Sunday, June 6-7.
June 6, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., and June 7, 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the church parking lot.

This is an important fundraiser for our Youth Mission Team, who are heading to a workcamp in Wausau, WI, in July where they will meet up with church youth groups from other states, enjoy a spiritually enriching program, and do home repair and painting projects for folks who cannot afford to do it for themselves.
How can you help?
1) As you do your spring cleaning, put aside saleable items that you are getting rid of to donate to the sale. Those items can be brought to Fellowship Hall after worship on
May 31, and from Tuesday evening June 2 through to the sale. Please price your items. Stickers will be available on the name tag counter near the church’s main entrance soon. We cannot accept furniture or electronics.
2) Help us prepare. There are two ways to do this. Come help sort in the days before the sale, especially on
Thursday and Friday. We will have a lot of sorting to do. Also, we need bodies to help get the tables and items out to the parking lot on the Saturday and Sunday of the sale, and to take it all back in at 3:00 on Sunday afternoon. See below for sale hours.
3) Shop! Come to the sale (and bring friends): Saturday, June 6, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 7, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. And get your car washed while you shop!
