Stretch Your Community Support with Gifts Grow 2026
During the month of May, you can donate to your favorite Southminster-sponsored organization and have your donation doubled with matching mission funds. Got $100 to donate? Southminster will double your impact by chipping in another $100 to the mission of your choice. You select the amounts and missions to be matched.
The Mission Ministry will display the week-by-week results on the bulletin board, so be sure to track the progress throughout May.
Simply write a check to Southminster and note that it is for Gifts Grow – or use the Gifts Grow envelopes available at church. Be sure to indicate your choice of mission(s) on the envelope or check. Donations must be received by Sunday, May 31.
Donations are unlimited. The matching funds are limited to $8300 total. Families and church groups can donate and their donations will be matched up to $750. Individual mission donations will be matched up to $2325. All of these caps were raised this year, as more Gifts Grow funds were made available. So let’s see if we can use all the matching funds available in support of our missions!
