What Is Stewardship?
Stewardship is our grateful response to God’s generosity. Everything we have, our time, our abilities, our resources is a gift entrusted to us. Stewardship is how we use those gifts to support God’s work in the world and strengthen the ministry we share at Southminster.
It’s about faith.
Stewardship invites us to reflect on how God is moving in our lives and how we can participate in that movement. When we give, serve, and engage, we help create a church that is welcoming, compassionate, and ready to meet the needs of our community. Your commitment makes ministry possible. Every pledge supports property, worship, mission, youth programs, pastoral care, outreach, and the daily work that keeps our church vibrant. When we each offer what we can, Southminster becomes a place where generosity grows and lives are changed.
Stewardship is a practice, not a moment. It’s something we live throughout the year as we pray, serve, give, and show up for one another. Together, we build a church rooted in gratitude and shaped by hope.
